Armored Soldiers Spotted in Palm Plaza at the Creation Museum

Armored soldiers recently took over the Creation Museum’s Palm Plaza for two days! What was going on? Well, it was history coming to life at the Creation Museum! You see, at the end of July, we celebrated the two-year anniversary of our Borderland exhibit with a special weekend event, Borderland Living History Experience.

In 2021, we opened the Borderland exhibit with stunning artwork, models, and life-size figures to detail the events of history between the end of the Old Testament and the beginning of the New Testament.

It’s truly a stunning exhibit that helps increase your biblical literacy!

This exhibit explains what happened to the Greeks, why the Romans were in Jerusalem, and why all the different groups/religious sects were in Jerusalem at the time God’s Son stepped into history to be the God-man. The details of the destruction of Jerusalem in AD 70 are also explained. It’s truly a stunning exhibit that helps increase your biblical literacy!

The Jerusalem model building currently being constructed at the Ark Encounter, which will house a massive and the most up-to-date model of first-century Jerusalem in the world, is really “part two” of the Borderland exhibit.

There are always phenomenal programs at the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter throughout the year. Come visit us soon in Northern Kentucky! Remember kids 10 and under are free.

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
Ken
