Bring the Creation Museum’s Fascinating Borderland: Israel at the Time of Jesus Exhibit Home

If you’ve visited the Creation Museum and toured our fascinating Borderland: Israel at the Time of Jesus exhibit, you know the content is incredibly deep. In fact, it’s such a detailed exhibit that it’s challenging to explore all of the content in just one visit. Well, I’m excited that now you can bring the exhibit (and much more information) home in a new book, Borderland: Israel in the Time of Jesus.

Our Borderland exhibit helps bridge the gap (about 400 years) between the close of the Old Testament and the opening of the New Testament.

Our Borderland exhibit helps bridge the gap (about 400 years) between the close of the Old Testament and the opening of the New Testament. It explains what happened between the two testaments so that the world Jesus was born into comes to life. It really helps connect the two testaments together in a powerful way, explains the various groups and sects (e.g., Pharisees, Sadducees, Samaritans, etc.) that Jesus encounters during his earthly ministry, and grounds the events of the Gospels in their proper historical context. It’s so powerful!

In Borderland, the book, you’ll find all of the teaching from the exhibit (and there’s a lot of it!), beautiful photographs, behind-the-scenes information, and more. I love that you can read this book on its own, use it as a supplement to your New Testament reading, or use it like a homeschooling textbook to help students understand this important historical period and how the testaments connect to one another.

You can see a preview of this book in this unboxing video featuring Tim Chaffey, the content manager for our attractions and one of the authors of this book:

Borderland makes a unique Christmas present for your parents, spouse, older child, pastor, or anyone else who loves God’s Word and would love to know about the historical context of Jesus.

Order Borderland today from AnswersBookstore.com.

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
Ken
